Carhartt Work In Progress (WIP) was founded in 1994 by Edwin Faeh and builds its collections on original Carhartt workwear. Carhartt WIP opened its first store in London in 1997 and now has over 80 stores worldwide. With its own skateboard team and music division, Carhartt WIP supports various artists and publishes its own publications. Since 2010, they have collaborated with like-minded partners such as A.P.C., Converse, Fragment Design, Junya Watanabe, Nike, Underground Resistance, and Motown.
