How to make a return
To be fully refunded, you need to return the order within 14 days after receiving the delivery.

For returns within Sweden, Finland, Norway or Denmark you simply visit  returns.yayloh.com/retailer/aplace and follow the instructions.

For other international returns,  send the return to

Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. APLACE will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping.

Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by APLACE.

Make sure the shipment is marked and declared as a return to avoid delays in customs, when shipping from outside the EU.

Receiving a refund
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a return confirmation through email. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or via other used payment method.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style or size, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately

Make a return or exchange in store
We accept returns in all of our stores. When you have made the return in store, the return will be delivered to our web shop. When our web shop receive the return, you will be sent an email with a refund confirmation. The refund will be made via the original payment method. No refunds are made in store.

Exchanges can be made in store if you wish to exchange to another size for the same product. In other cases, the return will be made separately and the new product will be handled as a new in store purchase.

Important Information
•All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
•Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
•Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
•Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
•Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged

Our Policy
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty item
